We ask how you plan to use the bicycle, how many children you have, their age, and the type of terrain you will be cycling on. This helps us find the ideal option for your family.
2. We show you the bicycle online.
We have a video call during which an expert answers all your questions, proposes the most suitable accessories and offers advice on selection and use.
3. We create a customised offer.
We collaborate with payment systems that offer convenient instalment options. For example, the cost of a bicycle can start at just EUR 2 per day.
4. We deliver the bicycle fully assembled.
You will receive a ready-to-use bicycle that you can test at home. You will have 14 days to find out if it is right for you. If not, you can return it without any problems.
5. We support you for the entire duration of your bicycle's use.
We have service centres in more than 60 Italian cities, and offer free consultations with our mechanics for any questions, available at any time.
