According to 'Trend Online' instead of granting a fixed discount of 60% on the purchase of a new sustainable vehicle, the Government<\/strong> would like to increase the refund percentage on the purchase in favour of those who scrap an old polluting vehicle.<\/p>\n

If you decide to scrapping an old scooter<\/strong> and polluting to buy a bike, even an electric one, you will get a bigger discount on the purchase of the new vehicle.<\/p>\n

With this strategy the Government<\/strong>\u00a0aims to reduce pollutant emissions in view of the targets 'zero emissions'<\/strong> by 2030. Mechanism very similar to that pursued by the 2021 car bonus.<\/p>\n

If an old polluting scooter is not scrapped, the 2021 mobility bonus should provide for a\u00a0<\/strong>30% discount on the purchase of a sustainable vehicle, up to a maximum discount of EUR 3,000<\/strong> (excluding VAT) which will be applied directly by the retailer.<\/p>\n

For example, if I wanted to buy one of the best city bike<\/strong> electricity on the market, AHOOGA MODULAR 8S<\/strong><\/em>,<\/a> you would save almost 800 Euro<\/strong> and, you would get additional benefits if your region offered discounts or mileage bonuses.<\/p>\n

If, on the other hand, the old polluting vehicle in the Euro 0, 1, 2 or 3 class is also scrapped, the discount on the purchase of a sustainable vehicle rises to 40% of the purchase price, up to a maximum of 4,000 euro\u00a0<\/strong>discount (excluding VAT) also applied directly by the retailer.<\/p>\n

For example, if you wanted to buy a practical and fast way to avoid traffic and reduce all those extra costs (parking, ZTL...) the best choice is a bike <\/a>FOLDABLE AND ELECTRIC<\/a><\/em><\/strong>. With this solution you would save almost 1000 Euro<\/strong> and, again, you would add all the advantages of your region to the savings.<\/p>\n

It is different for those who have Law 104 certification. By presenting it, it is assumed that you will be able to benefit from the Mobility Bonus amounting to 19%, on the purchase of a new electric bicycle, with no upper spending limit.<\/p>\n

You'd basically be buying a high-end bike for the price of a commercial one. What do you think? Not bad at all, is it? But let's find out in detail what some regions of Italy are offering.<\/p>\n

For now the Regions<\/strong> that have launched additional initiatives are not many, but the others are adapting. For now, we point out three very interesting examples that will surely serve as a precedent for all other Italian regions.<\/p>\n

Mobility bonus 2021: Abruzzo.<\/strong><\/p>\n

For example, Abruzzo opened a window by requesting the bike bonus 2021<\/strong> district level. It requires an allocation of EUR 300 million to access a non-repayable grant that can reimburse up to 50% of the purchase cost of 'low emission green vehicles'. Allowing each household to receive up to EUR 300.<\/p>\n

Mobility bonus 2021: Apulia.<\/strong><\/p>\n

While in the province of Foggia in Apulia, the 'Bicycle Foggia' project was launched to make money by bicycle. How does it work? Simple: the more you pedal, the more you earn.<\/p>\n

In other words, citizens are forced to cycle and walk as much as possible to get some sort of reward. There are no discounts or refunds, but the monthly reward.<\/p>\n

In fact, for every kilometre you cover on two wheels, you will receive a credit of 0.25 cents, and for any other sustainable sporting activity, you will receive a credit of 0.15 cents. On average, you can earn up to EUR 30 per month, but citizens who cycle longer distances will receive a bonus of EUR 50, so they can earn EUR 80 per month.<\/p>\n

Mobility bonus 2021: Veneto.<\/strong><\/p>\n

While, one of the Vicenza provinces launched the 'Schio Project' (born in the city of the same name), which provides a fund for pedal-assisted bicycles for families as well.<\/p>\n
