HOW TO PAY YOUR ORDER
Payment by the following methods is possible for your purchases.
We accept payment by credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express. We accept payment via Paypal.
Upon confirmation of the order, Donno Bikes proceeds to debit the customer's credit card or Paypal account entered for the purchase.
If you want to defer your payment, you can take advantage of one of the following services, bearing in mind that the applicant must be a natural person of legal age and resident in Italy.
Advertising message for promotional purposes. Offer of targeted credit. IEBCC in the online route. Subject to the approval of Findomestic Banca S.p.A. for which "DONNO BIKES SRL" acts as credit intermediary, not exclusively

2 to a maximum of 4 instalments. First instalment equal to 40% of the total amount.

From 3 to a maximum of 36 instalments.
The file must be uploaded independently by the customer. Identity card, proof of income and tax code are required for submission. Payments are only accepted by current account.
When you select this payment option in the shopping cart, you will be notified of the bank details for the transfer. Please note that the shipment of your order will remain pending until the total amount of your order is actually credited to our current account. The crediting time varies according to the contractual conditions offered by your bank.
In the case of payment by ordinary/instant transfer, it is possible that your bank may charge you an additional fee for making the transfer.
Payment by cashier's cheque must be preceded by a minimum advance payment of €500 by another payment method. A photocopy or photograph of the cheque is required before the order is dispatched for confirmation of validity.
Bank or postal cheques are not accepted.
We offer cash on delivery up to a maximum amount of €4,000. For orders above this amount, the difference must be settled in advance with another payment method.
We offer you maximum flexibility. You can choose to pay for your order with one, two or more of the listed payment methods. Contact us to agree on the payment solution that suits you.
