This service is exclusively for adults residing in Italy for at least three years. Payments are accepted only via current account or credit card; prepaid cards, Pagobancomat, PostePay, or the PostePay Evolution IBAN are not accepted.

Klarna – 3 instalments
Interest-free payment in 3 instalments via Klarna.

Scalapay – 3 or 4 instalments
Interest-free payment in 3 or 4 instalments with Scalapay.

Alma – 2, 3 or 4 interest-free instalments
2 to a maximum of 4 instalments. First instalment equal to 40% of the total amount.
To apply, you’ll need your ID card, proof of income, and tax code. Payments are accepted exclusively via credit card.

Cash on delivery
Payment upon delivery, subject to agreed terms. We offer cash-on-delivery up to a maximum of €4,000. For orders exceeding this amount, the outstanding balance must be paid in advance using an alternative payment method.

Combined payment methods
You can combine multiple payment methods (e.g. bank transfer for the deposit and financing or card for the balance), subject to prior agreement with the Donno Bikes team.
