EXPRESS DELIVERY
Most purchases are available for immediate processing.
These orders are dispatched within 24 working hours after confirmation of payment.
Domestic delivery is expected within 72 working hours.
Please note that delivery times start from the moment the courier picks up your purchase, are always estimated and cannot be guaranteed because they depend on factors beyond our control.
SHIPPING TO ITALY
The national shipment (Italy, San Marino and Vatican City) is free of charge for bicycles shipped in boxes. Shipping on pallets has a total cost of EUR 300, of which EUR 150 is borne by the customer and EUR 150 by Donno Bikes.
Accessories shipped with a bicycle do not pay for shipping.
When shipping orders of accessories only, the transport cost determined by our national carrier is charged. Depending on the size, the cost may vary between 10 and 20 euros.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
For deliveries outside Italy, you will be charged the transport cost determined by our forwarding agents. Before you send your order, the rates are automatically displayed in the shopping cart, based on the place of delivery and the total weight of the shipment.
International deliveries may be subject to import duties, customs tariffs and taxes. All costs that are levied in the destination country are not included in the shipping charges and are not the responsibility of Donno Bikes. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions or concerns about these fees.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ONLINE PURCHASE CONTRACT WITHIN 14 DAYS WITHOUT GIVING REASONS. TO COMPLY WITH THE CANCELLATION PERIOD OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT, SIMPLY SEND A NOTICE BEFORE THE END OF THE CANCELLATION PERIOD.
According to current legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made at our premises and to professional purchases with VAT registration.
Terms of withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the purchase contract (order confirmation on the online site). If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract in a clear statement sent by post and also in advance by e-mail:

In accordance with the principles of good faith and contractual fairness on the part of the customer, withdrawal may only be exercised for vehicles not exceeding 40 km.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions herein, you shall be entitled to a refund of the price paid for the purchase, except for any additional costs incurred if, for example, you have chosen a delivery method other than the low-cost standard delivery offered by us.
Return
You are obliged to return the order without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of conclusion of the purchase agreement. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the end of the 14-day period.
The order must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, well packed, undamaged, with no signs of wear and tear, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, battery, accessories, etc.) and complete with the attached tax documentation. Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, DONNO BIKES will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. All returns must be approved in writing in advance by Donno Bikes Srl.
Costs and responsibilities
You shall bear the costs of return and the risk of transport. The cost is € 150.00 for the return of the bicycle, except for higher costs determined by the customer's behaviour (e.g.: storage costs for refusal to accept delivery of the goods).
Donno Bikes offers you the possibility of using its own transport service, however the cost of the service and the responsibility for the goods up to delivery shall remain your responsibility. You shall be liable for any depreciation of the goods only if due to improper use or use in excess of that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the goods. In the event that you have subscribed to the financial services offered by the seller (by way of example, payment by instalments, payment in arrears, etc.) or to payment methods that provide for the application of commissions, any charges for the requested service shall be borne in full by the customer.
Refund
We will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return. We will confirm this with an e-mail. Unless otherwise agreed, we will refund you via the same payment method you used for the original transaction. As provided for by art. 56 paragraph 3 of D.Lgs 206/2005, modified by D.lgs 21/2014, DONNO BIKES can suspend the reimbursement until receipt of the goods or until the CUSTOMER has demonstrated that he has sent the goods back to DONNO BIKES, at the seller's discretion.
You will be able to see the refund on your bank account or credit card statement within a maximum of 7 working days after the refund has been issued. In some circumstances the refund time may be longer due to contractual conditions with your bank. In the event of withdrawal for a purchase made with a gift card and loyalty voucher, the amount will be returned to the CUSTOMER with a purchase voucher identified with a promotional code that will be sent to the CUSTOMER'S e-mail address, or in the event of withdrawal exercised at a point of sale, the amount will be returned with a purchase voucher delivered to the CUSTOMER.
The purchase voucher shall be valid for 2 years and may be used by the CUSTOMER for subsequent purchases in a lump sum.
