What is the digital passport—and what’s it for?
A unique digital document for your bike: ID, model, frame number, purchase date, owner details, and a complete service history. It’s Italy’s first digital passport for a bicycle. It proves ownership if your bike is stolen and recovered; helps you resell it with a documented history—so you get a better price; and lets you download regulatory compliance documents, child transport guidelines, quality inspection reports, and invoices anytime.
How much is the gift certificate worth—and how much do I earn?
A €400 discount, valid only on the purchase of a Donno electric cargo bike. You earn €200 for every person who completes a purchase using your certificate. There’s no limit to how many certificates you can share—or how much you can earn.
Does the certificate expire?
Each certificate has a validity date starting from the day it’s issued—but renews automatically, so it never expires in your hands. The discount your friend receives, however, depends on active promotions at the time they use it, so its value may vary over time.
What’s the difference between bonuses and rewards?
