How to apply for SPID in just 10 minutes!

Did you know that our Caring Team wakes up with the question 'How can we give more value to our customers?!

Some of our customers have complained that: 

• They didn't make the SPID identity in time and now it takes time;
• They lost the original ID card and health card;
• They have an expired document;
• They do not have time to go to the post office in person.
• They, like me, went to the post office but did not receive the pin to proceed.

So we said to ourselves, why don't we do it ourselves so that we can provide the detailed information to our customers!

There are 9 services that provide SPID identities, 8 of which do so at 100% remotely.

Infocert, Aruba, Intesa, Namirial, Poste, Register, Sielte, Tim or Lepida, which offer different ways to apply for and obtain the SPID, choosing the one best suited to your needs.

We simply chose the first one, InfoCert.

It took me half an hour between calls and customer visits, but keeping everything at hand only takes you 10 minutes!

Here are the steps!

1. https://identitadigitale.infocert.it/prodotti/

2. You must now register with InfoCert, providing an e-mail and password.

3. Then you receive the e-mail to confirm on your e-mail.

4. Choose one of the options shown at the bottom of the slide and continue

5. Follow the simple guided procedure. You will need to upload your ID card and health card front and back.

6. Finally, you will receive the SMS with the OTP code to enter.

7. Done! Promised in 48 hours, it arrived in just over 12 hours. Considering I made the request on a Sunday, I'd say that's ultra-fast! Here's the e-mail.

8. Then you download the App, follow the three steps above and voila!
