11-Point Guideline for Obtaining the Emilia-Romagna Bonus Bike 2024

The Bonus Bici Emilia-Romagna 2024 offers the opportunity to obtain a refund for the purchase of pedal-assisted bicycles and cargo bikes. Follow these steps to benefit from the contribution:

1. Buy a suitable bicycle:

Buy a pedal-assisted bicycle or cargo bike that meets the requirements of the notice and your personal needs. If you need advice, please contact one of our experts.

2. Get the Invoice Correct:

Ask the seller for an invoice that includes the wording required by the Emilia-Romagna Region and the frame number of the bicycle. Make sure the invoice is receipted.

3. Request Data Sheet:

Obtain the technical data sheet of your bicycle from the manufacturer or retailer. This must certify that the vehicle complies with Article 50 of the Road Traffic Act and that it is suitable for the specific category for which the bonus is claimed, e.g. a cargo bike or an electric bicycle.

4. Prepare the Necessary Documents:

Make sure you have the following documents ready:
Your identity card
The purchase invoice with the required wording and a 16 € revenue stamp.
The technical data sheet of the bicycle.
Your IBAN (bank or postal account) for the payment of the contribution.
A copy of the bank transfer, if you paid for the bicycle by bank transfer.

5. Access to the Portal:

6. Fill in the Online Application:

Complete the online application form by entering your personal and purchase data for your new bicycle.

7. Upload Documents:

Upload a copy of the purchase invoice, the bike's technical data sheet and enter your IBAN.

8. Submit the Application:

Check the accuracy of the data entered and submit your application.

9. Wait for Evaluation:

After submission, await evaluation by the competent authorities.

10. Receive the Contribution:

If your application is accepted, you will receive the contribution directly to your bank or postal account.

11. Enjoy Your Bicycle:

Now you can enjoy your new bicycle and contribute to a more sustainable future!
